I was picked up immediately when I parked, waited less than 15 minutes to get picked up from the airport and dropped off right by my car. Great service.

Used park and fly several times. I enjoy the ease of entry and exit. Each time upon arrival and departure the attendant reviews my spot and tells me exactly where to park and find the shuttle. Leaving is always quickly facilitated with the messaging service. Always had good experiences, very helpful and kind attendant upon exit the other evening around 7pm 11/19 unfortunately I did not catch her name, a younger latina employee. She was very polite and gave me some pointers for a non-local. Thanks for the service

The entire process was smooth and without worry. Easy to find the lot; easy to enter; easy to park and the shuttle driver was right there taking bags out and placing them in the shuttle. Literally everything was amazing!!
