Our travel agent parked us at the wrong airport. The gentleman driving the shuttle was great on helping us figure out how to get from midway to O'Hara without having to pay for a different parking facility. He then got us right to the railway and told us which line to take and where to switch lines.

Pick up was great. No damage to car. Was not able to do free car wash because nobody said it is for free and available at the lot. Plus factor is free car wash and I will try to do park n fly next time.

It was necessary to make a reservation for a spot which I had never had to do before.
But my spot was available, and my car was taken care of, and the drivers were very courteous and prompt.

Very efficient. Only thing would be a clarifier that it’s off site parking.

Our driver back was very friendly. Our driver to the airport was a bit snippy with the only family of color on board.
