Super convenient and easy. The parking lot is a little small for larger vehicles and I didn't like that the drop off is on one side of the airport and pickup is on the other.

It works

Very simple, they take your car and drop you off quickly. When you get back your car is right there, not complicated at all.

Making a parking reservation was so easy on the app, entry into the garage was quick with the QR code and the parking attendant was also quick to get us on our way, the shuttle was waiting.

Upon return, the shuttle driver took our ticket and called in so that our vehicle was ready and waiting by the time we got to the parking facility.

How super convenient and easy it was. I got picked up quick from the car and airport. Will define using this again. I didn’t even have to work about finding the right terminal to where my car was. No worries. And car was in same condition.

It was organized and unorganized.

The security system was not functioning properly and someone had to come and open the gate.

The shuttle driver did not return the ticket and the security staff at exit gate were asking for my ticket.

So quick for pickup and drop off!

I like the whole service

Easy to use, easy to park, you get fast pick up from the shuttles when you park at the facility , almost no waiting time. Fairly fast pickup at the airport . Drivers are nice and helpful with everything, In all a very god service and well put together.

Wonderful service, drivers picked me up and dropped me off right in front of my car. Also - helped me with my luggage. I will definitely be using this location again.

Drivers were very nice both to the airport and from. We left real early and returned late so it may have been atypical the level of assistance we got (only ones on the bus), but it seemed it was as they did it all the time. Checking in was a bit of a pain, as I couldn't get that bar code thingee to pop up on my phone, so I just had to get a ticket for entry. Leaving was easy though as the guy matched up my prepaid with the paper ticket and all was squared away with a smile. Car was just fine when checked out, even after three plus weeks of parking, so thank you Park 'N Fly!

Secure parking lot plus the shuttle to and from the airport is beyond convenient. Having the peace of mind that my car is fine while I’m abroad is tantamount
