The drivers are very nice & pilot. The only thing I don’t like that we pre paid in advance thinking it will be cheaper. Once I ask the cashier how much was it without prepaid I would’ve save $10 and at this time $10 is nice amount to save. So maybe rethink when customers make reservations and pay ahead they should receive a discount for that option.

Easy and fast service. Shuttle runs were frequent so no concern if you are worried about being late for a flight. Shuttle drivers very polite and friendly. Easy online reservation. There was a car parked behind mine upon arriving home, but with a simple walk or talkie request, the car was moved by the time I loaded my bags into my car. Efficient friendly and easy would be the way I would describe my experience. Thank you!
