Great prices ,love the assist with luggage/bags

Very convenient. Quick shuttles and friendly employees.

I loved the valet parking, having my car ready when the shuttle arrived, all opened so the heat of the summer could air out. I liked how the shuttle driver handed my heavy bag to the attendant who placed it right in my car so I didn't have to wrestle with it.

Staff are very helpful and courteous. Even though this was my first time traveling in a few years, I was comfortable with the service provided.

The app to schedule reservations is great and easy to use. The rewards program to receive free days is also great. There is always a little to no wait time to get on the shuttle at the parking lot and didn't wait too long for a pickup from the airport. There is a sign for pickup at airport and that is very helpful.

Your drivers are amazing and so friendly! When I was picked up from the airport after a very long flight there were 30+ people waiting for shuttles. Only the Park N Fly Shuttle was prompt and efficient. Andres, our driver was so helpful and kind.

Both Nancy and Rinh were very pleasant and accommodating upon my arrival Aug 1. Rinh was a very professional driver and I base that on my experience as a safety officer conducting FMCSA inspections for years. He was cautious, wore seatbelt and obeyed all traffic regulations along the way. Very pleasant and personable to interact with as well. He is certainly an asset to the company and reflects a very positive image of the company and your services.

First time experience with Park N Fly. Using the app to make reservations was smooth. Once I arrived at the facility the bar code on my phone allowed access to park. Shuttle drive meat me at my vehicle and drove me to the terminal. When I returned I used the app to request pick-up. Received a text with instructions to meet the Shuttle that dropped me back at my vehicle. Absolutely smooth and a great experience.!!
