Easy to get to and proximity to the airport. Each of the four employees with whom I interacted were friendly efficient helpful and aware of the needs of the customers. I have had little to no waiting for the shuttle either at the airport or in the lot.

There was someone to greet me as I drove into the lot -- even though I arrived at 3:30 a.m. I was directed where to find parking and the shuttle stopped at our car and loaded our luggage. When arriving home, the shuttle arrived promptly and dropped us off at our car. The lot was extremely clean and my car was not even dusty after five days. The complete experience was excellent. I will definitely be back!

When we got to the gate the driver told us where there was a open spot because all of the covered parking was very full! When we returned the driver was friendly and helped with bags.
