I received a ride to the terminal as i parked my car in parking lot and when i return the shuttle came pretty quickly. The drivers were very professional and friendly. I was parked in the self park but for the valet parking i think they could have done a better job cleaning off the snow from the cars.

Everything! So easy to reserve parking online. Followup e-communication was helpful. Greeted at the entry gate by a staffer. Shuttle guided us to parking, helped load our luggage, reminded us to lock our vehicle. Fast transport to the airport. On the return, shuttle was waiting at the airport. Both of our drivers were efficient and friendly. Just very pleased with the entire experience ... which is why I have been your customer for a LONG time.
