The lot is easy to get to, and the team always is curtious. Your drivers greet you right at your car and assist with your luggage. The bus is always clean.

Convenient and straightforward. I booked online and only needed the QR code to scan in the morning of our flight. The shuttle was waiting by the open parking spot and helped us quickly load our family of 5 to get us to the airport on time. I was able to text for our return shuttle upon arrival back to Chicago. Very easy to use and felt like a well ran company.

It was good, not ideal. I liked the ability to purchase prior to arrival. Clearer instruction on pickup locations, after gate 5 is vague, inside line or outside line at MIA would be better.

Always professional and very helpful. I returned from a very late flight on Sunday the 7th. My driver was waiting when I arrived at baggage claim. He was polite and helpful. He was very positive and smiled.
I want to let you know that there was a very angry and grumpy passenger on our shuttle. Our driver handled this man with great skill. He didn't respond to any of the mean things he said. I was so impressed with his calm attitude.
When we arrived at PNF, my car was warm and ready to go. The staff even cleaned off the snow for me.

The gal that pick us up on Thursday Jan 4th at 5:30 am and drop off at airport was not the most helpful. There were a couple that needed help and she wouldn't get out of the driver seat. She could do better!
