The drivers are always friendly and helpful. The driver that picked us up Sunday night was amazing. The police were escorting an unruly person out of the airport right next to the pickup and the driver was able to hustle our family with 2 young children onto the shuttle and away very quickly. He also called for another shuttle to get there for the rest of the people waiting with a sense of urgency. It was very caring.
