Your awesome employee, Emelio assisted with manually opening my vehicle door, looking online for assistance on where to place the jumper cables, and did not stop until he had my vehicle started. The online reservation process was very easy. Upon arrival at the lot we were met by an employee who directed us to our parking place. The shuttle to the airport met us at our car and got us to the airport without incident.
Returning home - we only had to wait (at terminal 1) about five minutes for the shuttle to show up.
A very easy thing to do and will be using Park N Fly again.

From start to finish the process is reliable and easy. The online registration process works fine. The check in process into the lot is very easy. The shuttle immediately picks you up at your car when you arrive at the parking lot. The shuttle drivers are always so helpful and professional. The pickup process at the airport is straightforward. My only complaint is that I've had to wait at MDW Chicago sometimes because there is a large group of people waiting and the buses fill up before more buses arrive to pick up those still waiting who did not get on the bus. If the shelter at Midway was more pleasant (larger, benches, heat lamps, etc.), it would help.
Our airport pickup driver at MDW on Sat, Jan 6 was particularly helpful. It had recently snowed so all the cars had a couple inches of snow on them. As he dropped off the passengers he took an extra minute to sweep the snow off people's cars. A very helpful touch!
