Everything was quick and straightforward from the moment we arrived. When we arrived there was a bus waiting to take us to the airport. The driver help us load and unload our luggage. When we came back we didn’t have to wait for the bus neither. We sent the text message and there was a bus ready to pick up us at the door after 2 minutes. We definitely going to used this 5 starts service in our next vacation.

Drivers were so helpful. My husband and i were traveling; he's blind. Driver assisted him as well as toting luggage.

I landed back in Chicago to a car covered in snow. I did not have an ice/snow scraper and was trying to figure out how to clean off my car. Without prompting the driver started clearing off my vehicle. He was very kind and helpful! I appreciated the great service!!

Well, I have written when I have been unhappy so I should write when everything went according to plan our driver was waiting when we got to the curb, and once we got back to the lot, he scraped our cars of snow. Wonderful service!

Quick response to the text/call for a shuttle

Nice facility with helpful staff right there to help when you drive up. Shuttle was right there. It was quick and easy! I loved it.

My driver was so nice, and even shoveled all the snow off of my car!

Convenient and close to the airport. Early AM arrival for self-parking can be confusing. The signage could be clearer and better lighted. A staff member had to come out of the office and then walk back to an entrance that was blocked with cones to scan our bar code. The time before, the staff member did not scan the bar code and this caused confusion when we tried to exit 5 days later. All in all the service is fine once the client gets into the parking area. Smooth out the entry procedure and you get a 10 out of 10.

Great, efficient service. The shuttle was on time and we never had to wait. It was great!
