Our driver from the airport back to the lot was Anna. She was stopped at the stop sign at the air port for an awkward amount of time and then she motioned for us to cross. We were to the side of the cross walk but not in it and we were only near it because of how long she sat there (about 10 feet back from the stop sign line) in the middle lane; we walked into the road assuming because there was no traffic she was going to have us get on there?!?! Soon as we crossed in front of her she started to drive up towards where we were standing on the curb and I yelled to her that we were there for her! So we crossed back to the other side.

She didn’t open the door for us to get on until after she put her two masks and gloves on. She was noticeably irritated and short with the other customer who happened to be a passenger at the same time as us, for losing her valet pickup ticket. She asked for our ticket and I said we did ours online and she asked me if I had the right lot and I said yes, you’re here from park n fly, correct? I showed her the text from your company followed by the QR code and she settled down. We sat there while she radioed someone back at the lot and because my kids were talking and laughing, she snarled at the person on the other side of the radio that “I can’t hear because there is too much noise happening around me!”. My husband shushed our 3 kids and told them to stay quiet until she was off the radio.

Anna was nice towards the end of the ride (which felt to me like she had the awareness that she was being rude and maybe that was because I was chatting with the other customer about her losing her ticket but they definitely didn’t lose her car and that it’s a minor inconvenience but I’m sure the people back at the lot can look it up quickly when she gets there).

Don’t want her to get in trouble; just awareness around the quirky and strange behaviors from someone in a direct contact with the customer type of service job.

We park here whenever we travel out of Miami airport. Very easy process and employees are always very professional and helpful

QR code to enter always works at gate. The fence and barn wire and cameras makes me feel like my car will be fine while I’m away. The shuttle has always been ready to take me to airport right away or within a couple minutes. Every driver I have encountered has been so courageous , friendly, and professional. Have always put all luggage on shuttle and at airport taken off shuttle. Pickup had been superb as well walk right out door 5 no congestion at all and NOT confused at where shuttle will arrive. Very easy ! And drop off is very convenient and QR to exit. Go about your day fees are VERY reasonable.

The service is always great, the drop off at your location was very easy, the parking attendant was great and the shuttle buss was there ready to drop me at the airport. When we arrived back at Bradley Airport the process was simple, we called and the shuttle bus was at the airport in ten minutes.
