When I arrived at your facility to drop off my car, I was on a shuttle and on the way to the airport in five minutes. When we returned 10 days later, the shuttle arrived promptly at the airport and our car was running and ready to drive away when we got to your facility. I appreciate how smoothly and quickly everything was done.

We were very disapointed upon our return. Long wait to be picked up at airport. Only one shuttle operating . Too many people to get on. Had to wait for full cycle to return from parking. Then way too many people cramed onto shuttle. Not safe.

I have to say the driver who brought us back to lot (on the 5th) was very courteous and helped me and my family with our bags. He was courteous and friendly.
On the inbound, however (on the 21st), the driver was not very friendly and did not help with anything. Didn't care that he didn't help with the bags but was not friendly. He did not even say anything when I thanked him and said have a good day! Just grumpy!
Needless to say, he didn't get nor deserve a tip. My driver on the 5th of Jan got a $20 tip from me for his friendliness and help.

Great service, efficient & quick shuttle, great prices
Texting to let us know exactly where to wait for the shuttle on the return and then texting when the shuttle was on the way. I've used other airport services where I just had to hope I was in the right spot and never know when the ride was going to show up.
