We had the same shuttle driver both times and he was extremely kind. The process with the QR code was very simple getting in and out. We never had to wait for a shuttle.
It was reasonably priced. Online reservation process was simple. The bus picked us up right away in the lot and at the airport. Both drivers were very good.
