Although the app wasn't up to the mark, I was satisfied that the website would allow me to use my Costco-purchased parking vouchers to reserve parking with relative ease. And I was very impressed to find a shuttle waiting even at an unearthly 3 am! Thank you so much for that.

Please fix your app as well and I'd have absolutely no issues with your service.

Easy to use, affordable, there are always shuttles available quickly for transport to the airport, and the drivers are always helpful and polite. The last one I had was even hilarious and cheerful despite it being 3:30AM. Never had an issue with leaving my car in the lot.

Pricing, being able to make a reservation to not worry about full airport lots, car side pickup and return. Location is convenient.

However, not picking up at International terminal may cause me to choose another option. It is fine to deliver to domestic terminal only, but having to take airport shuttle back to domestic terminal first is BAD.
