We did not have to wait for services, the shuttle was right behind us as we parked and when we (finally) found where the shuttle was picking us up from the airport, they were waiting for us. Very kind drivers too!!!

Best place to park at ATL! I've been parking there for years and never had a problem. Plus, the Costco coupons make it the cheapest parking around! Well done, keep up the good work!

Booking and paying on line upfront was easy. We were on vacation for two weeks and our car safe and secure. Drop off and pickup at the airport was also great. Our flight from Hawai’i to San Francisco had a slight delay and our connecting flight from San Francisco to Cleveland had about a half hour delay. We were about fifteen minutes later than we had originally booked. The lady at the gate was kind enough not to charge us extra. Your service is great!
