I had my first, and only, issue recently. This one time my wife and I did not have cash on us to tip the bus driver. Our bus driver (1/2/24 night around 7/8pm) dropped us off and we thanked him. He stood by us for a few minutes while we packed our car with his hand out implying a mandatory tip. He then raised and lowered his arms in anger and frustration when we did not give him a tip. I had a $100 bill and a $2 bill my father gave my children as a gift for Christmas. I felt obligated to give him the $2 bill as he seemed to be very angry about the tip. My children were very upset and cried on the way home.

all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did the valet service. There shuttle arrived to take us to the airport within a few minutes and quickly dropped us off. When we arrived, we texted and the shuttle showed up within 10 minutes. Our car was waiting for us near the shuttle. Great service!

Super convenient. Shuttle was basically waiting when we parked. Dropped us right off at Domestic without having to wait in the auto line.
Upon return, the shuttle was already waiting at the Lower North level. Dropped us at our vehicle.
We also love the option to pay ahead. Makes reservations and getting back home much quicker!

Circulator to the airport runs very frequently, drivers are consistently pleasant and appear to care about their riders. The circulator vans are usually clean and the seat belts are easy to access.

The location is great for people coming south on I-285.
