Overall great experience! Super easy check-in, and a driver was already waiting for us when we parked our car in the lot. Pick-up was also a breeze. Both drivers were incredibly friendly and helped us with out bags. We will be using Park n Fly from now on when we have to fly out of OAK! Thanks!

Convenient location. Shuttles are easy to access and price is competitive.

I would also like to point out the extreme level of customer service offered by your staff. I flew in to Chicago at 2am on 1/2/23. The shuttle driver was very pleasant, but I would like to point out that the gate attendant was very polite and helpful when I had an issue with my QR code to leave the lot. In particular, I had a very long day traveling and my patience was thin. I do not know her name but she deserves recognition for her amazing customer service at a time when the customer was not right.

Head office in ATL answers the phone, assists with reservation when Oakland web site stated no availability & provided info on banked free parking days, Oakland staff does none of this!
