On my most recent trip I realized that I forgot my backpack in my car as we are being driven to the airport. Our driver called the office, and my backpack was delivered to me in about 10 minutes.

I like the numbered parking spaces and the quick drop-off and pick-up from the airport. In my last few visits, though, it has been challenging to get picked up from your preferred lot. After waiting, I eventually take my luggage and walk to the gate area.

Last time we used Park N Fly, Feb 2023, your pickup location in MSP was a lot more convenient for us, just outside baggage claim. Now it's crazy far away. Need to take the rail to get there. Hate that. But we got lucky, and without calling you to say we arrived, there was a shuttle in place already at the offsite parking shuttle spot. Thank God, we got lucky! After a long flight, it was so nice to not have to wait.

Your service was excellent. On the web site when trying to make an appt. I could not find
where to find discounts and ended up calling the 800 number. That person was very helpful.
First I went to the main site to make sure I knew where it was. The male employees there were
extremely helpful. An older lady at desk was not very friendly. The buses were punctual and
clean, employees very friendly and polite.
