First time user. Simple and easy reservation process, Checkin and check out. Covered parking is worth the extra coins! Midnight arrival. Shuttle was at LN1 waiting on us. Heavy rain and the driver went out of his was to keep our family as dry as possible. GREAT JOB!

Had a reservation. It was easy to scan in and the attendant told us where to park. Shuttle service was efficient and quick. On return, the shuttle driver cleaned the snow from the car windows as we loaded the car. Checkout was seamless.

Convenient, fast, courteous, helpful. When we came home there had been a couple inches of snow. The shuttle driver had a snow "squeegie" and swept everyone's car as he dropped people off!!!! wow! nice!

Speedy and safe ride
This is the second time I used Park n Fly . Getting there at 4am was challenging but it was so easy to park and the bus was right there to get me to the airport on time.
When returned I just answered the text and they sent a bus right over to pick me up. It could not of been any easier so I thank you!
Driver who took us to the airport was extremely friendly. Also, he provided great tips when we departed the shuttle to get to the departure concourse.
