timely pickup and transport to airport and the back to the lot. The QR code/ticket interface at the lot needs improvement, it should more seamless, with better readers or including a phone proximity device to help this. Also, the signs about which departure lane to use at the Cleveland lot "Cashier" vs "EZlint" or something is confusing.

love everything except having to wait on having my baggage loaded and unloaded. I feel like it would be faster to just allow me to carry my overnight bag on and off the bus, than to wait on the driver to do it.

Your employees are the best! I am always amazed at how efficient and helpful they are - from the gate tender to the shuttle driver. I never have to wait at the airport more than a couple minutes for the shuttle. They are always courteous and friendly and go far beyond what are their customary job tasks.
This past week, I came home to a couple inches of snow on my car and the driver cleaned off my car so he could put my suitcase in the trunk without dumping snow into it. As a 72 year old woman, it was greatly appreciated.
And your prices are very reasonable also. However, I know you have no control over taxes and fees but $20 for fees etc on 7 days of parking seems a little high.
