Allison was a pleasure! She was quick to help, full of smiles and helped me when I couldnt find my reservation number. Additionally, the shuttle driver was quick to get us and helped us with our bags. You have some great people working there :)

amazing! easy to park, the attendent marks your spot for you on your ticket. i felt like my car was safe while i was gone. the shuttle was efficient to use and quick. 10/10 will be parking here again and suggesting it to everyone i know!!

Your gate attendants are consistently friendly and helpful, and the indoor parking option is a godsend when we’re traveling in winter out of Chicago. However, what I DON’T like is the difficulty in leaving your facility at night. The “Exit” sign as one leaves the indoor structure is so far away that it can barely be seen and the signs and arrows pointing to the exit gate are essentially useless. You could do better!

I especially like the ability to prepay a few days in advance and not have to worry about space availability. I've been parking at the Oakland Park 'N Fly for more than twenty-five years and it will be forever my first choice for parking at the Oakland Airport.
