As soon as we park, a transport bus is at the ready. The bus is clean and there is no delay in getting to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. A car wash and bottled water upon exiting is a welcome bonus.

Covered parking, pick up and drop-off at the car. Website could have an explanation of how it works, because we didn't know the shuttle would come to us and we chased one up and down a floor.

I had a complex issue. I had purchased literally 100’s of parking days from Executive Valet during times of sales promotion. The staff at Park N’ Fly patiently and politely looked back through years of records to uncover all my pre-paid days. I am so impressed by their kindness and thoroughness. They had to work hard just to find a staff member who knew the technology well enough to find all that old information.
And the desk and driving staff are so efficient and kind.
