Easy to book a reservation online. No trouble finding the place. Staff was super friendly when we arrived. The shuttle was ready and waiting for us when we arrived.Everyone was super nice. When we returned we went to the designated area and the shuttle arrived within minutes. Our car was waiting for us at the parking garage right up front along with everyone else's car that was in the shuttle. When you get on the shuttle, the driver calls ahead and they get your car all set for you when you get there. Will definitely use park and fly the next time we fly or cruisr out of Miami.

Prompt pickup at my car when I arrive. Better than most (but not consistent) with having a shuttle bus at the curb at the airport to pick me up and return to the parking lot.
