I liked the helpful service attendants. They were respectful and helpful. I did not valet park. I self parked, but received pick up and drop off at my vehicle. Even though I did not valet park, I certainly felt like it was valet parking.

Normally we have excellent service. It was different this time. Our drivers didn’t do much of anything to help with our luggage. We also had an issue when we were leaving the lot to go home. No one was at the booth. I had to get out of my car to try to locate someone to help.
We will still use Park n Fly. I hope we don’t have a repeat of our last experience.

Convenience of the shuttle. On the down side, the last two times I’ve parked in the garage, I’ve come back to find my car bombed by the birds sitting on the pipes above my car.
