You were easy to find. I pulled into the covered garage, stepped out - and you took it from there. It was a quick and easy shuttle ride to the airport. I received all the help I needed to left my luggage. On return and sent a text that i was ready to be picked up. I waited no more than 10 minutes - same was true on the return - my car was waiting for me when I got there. Easy and no hassles.

The staff and drivers were very helpful. We left when it was sunny and warm and come back to Ice and Snow the shuttle driver even helped us clean off ice and snow on the car. I would highly recommend if your flying out of Midway airport

The drivers provided timely pick up from the ramp to get to the airport and from the airport back to our vehicle. We also had the same driver both times. He even remembered us and greeted us with "You're back! How was your trip?"

Convenient and easy

The entire process was very painless. I made the reservation online and paid. Showed up to the facility, spoke to the attendant, scanned my QR code and parked. When returning, the shuttle was waiting. We boarded the shuttle and back to the facility, no issues at all. Loaded up our vehicle, drove to the exit, scanned the QR code and we were on our way home. Definitely a great place!

We appreciate the promptness of your staff. When dropping off our vehicle, they collect the luggage before we even get out of our car. The van quickly takes us to the airport. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
When returning to the area, the van is at the airport within five minutes. Our car is up front and warming (in the winter).
I also want to mention your staff at the desk. They are helpful and friendly as well.
