Great service when I dropped off the car. Someone was there to help me get through the gate, I was picked up right away and given a slip of paper with my space number.
First time I had used PnF and I had trouble figuring out how to exit in the dark. Tried the wrong gate and drove around until I found one that would open. I think the way to exit should be more clearly marked, especially at night.

Park N Fly at Midway Airport is an excellent place to park. The shuttles are there for you immediately AND you don't have to call when you return. They are already at the airport waiting.

The driver was very helpful and friendly. He even cleared the snow off of my car! The vans are always ready to pick up at Midway within a couple minutes of arrival.

The ease of the entire process from making the reservation, parking, airport drop off/pickup and exiting the parking area. I will continue to use Park 'N Fly Plus.
