Shuttle to and from airport was quick. It was waiting for us as soon as we parked, quickly loaded all of our luggage and dropped us at our terminal. It was also very easy to check in and out with the QR codes at the gate. Pick up from the airport was smooth. The text for pick up and directions of where to stand where easy to follow. I would use Park N Fly again.

Always providing a timely pickup in your parking lot and the friendly drivers offering help with luggage. The carwash is a nice touch and appreciated.

I did valet parking and was treated like royalty being dropped off first and arriving at my vehicle that was running and warm. Overall a great experience.

Everyone is very friendly - Usually it is fast and I don't have to wait long. My pick up was a little different this time. We got in at 10:30PM, Tuesday, 1/9 . I send 2 text and waited in the freezing cold at the spot while several other companies went by multiple times. I saw a pick up van down the way sitting that was a Plus van and did not come to the pick up spot. It sat there for a good 10 minutes. Again - it was freezing cold. 2 other people walked all the way down to it and stood a second until the doors open. My daughter and I ran down to get on. At first the driver was like, no go back I'll come in a second, but it was so cold and no jackets we kind of just pushed ourselves on.
I am not sure if she was on a break or what was going on. Usually there are vans through every 8-10 minutes. Many other companies had like 4 vans go through as we stood there.
Just keep in mind that in the winter months many do not travel on the plane with large jacket. Coming from FL we weren't prepared for the conditions getting off the plane.
