When I got back from my flight my car wasn't just pulled up already, it was running with the trunk open. One idea is to provide a QR code on a sign near the bus stop for tips or to go ahead and add tips to the bill when making reservations. Next to nobody carries cash anymore and I didn't have any / felt bad because the personnel - both driver and valet - certainly deserved a tip. I could have asked the valet for his personal venmo or something, but I didn't think of it until I was driving away.

I like the fact that entrance & exit is gate controlled, and parking spots are assigned. Especially nice is that you are picked up right by your parked car, then driven to the airport … upon return, the Park N Ride shuttle is conveniently located undercover right next to baggage claim .. this was our first time using this service, but will not be the last .. it sure contributed to our successful travel experience!
