Great service! I realize that I have had some issues previously (Rayna Davis has ALWAYS been very prompt and professional in her responses), this trip started out...that the scanner at the entrance gate did not recognize the QR code again....but this time someone was prompt to see the problem....and assisted immediately...thereby eliminating the problem...parking was right up front, quick pickup, waiting bus ready to go upon return, both drivers were also very polite, Perfect trip in every way!

I LOVED that I was picked up AT my car when I entered and the gentleman took my bag directly out of my trunk. When I returned the shuttle was there waiting for me after I got my luggage and I was dropped off directly at my car. My luggage was loaded into my trunk and the gentleman even brushed the snow off my car! It was extremely cold the week of my travel so I was nervous about my car situation but it was easier than I could have imagined. I will use Park N Fly ever time I fly!

We arrived back to Minneapolis to a dead battery. Within minutes the staff had jumped our vehicle in minus 0 degree weather. Great experience.

Organized process: Easy to make reservation online, quick access at entry gate, courteous employees pick you up where you parked your car (in my case less than a minute because the shuttle bus stalks you to your parking spot), driver assists with luggage. Text received upon return which when responded to notifies company that you are waiting to be picked up. Less than 5 minute wait for shuttle. Shuttle takes you to your car and driver helps with luggage as needed.
Overall, great process which is appreciated by this traveler.
