Having the ability to reserve a spot in advance takes some of the stress out of traveling. The drivers are helpful, and when I let them know what time I'm returning, I usually don't have to wait long for a bus in the shuttle area.

We returned to a harsh snow storm. Our driver came prepared with a snow brush and shovel. Was extremely considerate to getting our car warmed up and cleaned off. Super thank you to your staff. It would’ve been an otherwise rough experience.

Very efficient and the service of our drivers both to the airport and back to the Park n Fly were very helpful and friendly. Our driver back to the park n fly was exceptionally friendly and funny had my whole family laughing. Truly a great way to end our vacation!! Friendly and helpful staff. There was a TON of snow on my car when I arrived back in Cleveland, and the driver allowed me to use the snowbrush since I failed to put mine in the car before my trip. He patiently waited for me and was super kind.

Excellent service, greeted at gate, fast pick up after parking and at airport within under 10 minutes pending number of lot pickups. Upon return van is there, if not short wait. Best thing over no door dings and needing to “squeeze “ in car…. Good customers and I drive SUV great parking size.
