Very convenient and nice they bring you directly to your vehicle. I like the tracking feature as well. Only disappointment was that multiple people take this so even though you have a secured time if the ride fills up you have to wait even longer. Otherwise it was smooth and worked great!

Quick and easy. Courteous drivers.

Very convenient. Drop the car next to the van, get dropped right at the terminal. On the return the van picks up at the terminal and the car is sitting waiting for me. It was a bit of a hassle to get to door 5 from where we picked up our luggage but I realize that’s not in your control.

Everything, your people, your location. How easy it is to use your services when I fly out of Midway. Your people are fantastic, this last trip my car would not start when I returned and they helped me push it out and jump it so I could get home. Not sure what I would have done without their help.

Fast, friendly pickup, coming and going.

From the moment I entered the parking lot until I was picked up from my trip all the personal were very polite and efficient. The lady at the gate greeted us with a smile although it was 4:30 in the morning. She was very helpful and kind. The driver was very kind and polite. This is has not been my first time parking here. Every time the service gets better and better.

Thank you for all you do and having such amazing staffs. I recommend this parking lot to anyone who would like to travel out of Bradley airport.
