Besides the convenience of being dropped off and getting picked up at the airport. The staff was extremely helpful on one of the coldest days of the year. After a long trip I came back and noticed that I had a flat tire. The driver dropped off all the other passengers then came back with a can of compressed air and helped fill the tire enough for me drive it to a shop where I could a new one. The attention paid by him relieved my stress and certainly helped my day. Thank you very much for the help.
