HOWEVER, when I returned to PNF+ after my last trip on Jan 21, my car smelled like marijuana. Super annoying and made me question if I am using the right service. I am a LONG TIME customer of PNF+, but having my car smell like weed is UNACCEPTABLE.

Valet service and knowledge that if my vehicle won't start, they will jump it for me.

Driver are friendly and consistent. My car is always safe. There is always a staff member to help in case ticket doesn’t work or there is a system glitch.

Parking available as purchased and prompt shuttle to and from terminal. Shuttle driver was courteous and assisted with baggage. All good. 😊

On my trip in October, I had to rush back to Cleveland the same day that I left because my special needs daughter was taken to and admitted to the hospital with a very serious medical situation. I was very scared and anxious to get to her.
The bus driver told me she would get me to my car immediately, even though I did not ask her to rush. She was very caring, talked to me during the ride, and wished me well.

Very quick & efficient.
Lisa was our driver. When we returned to CLE and Lisa warned us that our cars would probably be covered with snow. She asked if everyone had a snow brush in their vehicle. If they did not, she would let anyone borrow one of hers. We did have a brush and after she dropped off all passengers, she came back around to double check on everyone to make sure they were able to get their vehicle road worthy. She went the extra mile ! ! !
