Ease of booking online, ease of calling cust svc for assistance with booking, ease of checking in at parking lot , parking lot attendants always happy to assist, shuttle drivers are always pleasant and very helpful with luggage handling and do initiate a extended hand for assistance entering and exiting the shuttle bus if needed. The shuttle bus is reliably prompt. Upon returning to my frozen door vehicle at the parking lot, The kind shuttle driver offered to return to my vehicle to help, after dropping off other returning passengers. I was able to eventually access my vehicle before he could return.
Employees are all helpful and the facility feels very secure to me. I like that there are cameras and that gate employee announces where people are.

The service was outstanding!! I returned from a 2week vacation only to find a dead battery with my new car. The driver who picked us up at the airport returned after dropping everyone else off and proceeded to help us try and get the car started, with no luck. He definitely went way above and beyond! This was on Sunday 1/21/24about 4:00 in the afternoon. He then gave us a ride down t the lobby as there was four of us so we could warm up and arrange for a tow truck. The attendant inside the office was also extremely helpful working with us to order a tow and in removal of the vehicle. The service was outstanding all around, and something I did not expect. All involved (and I wish I got the names) need to be rewarded for their efforts. Kudos to them for helping us through a living nightmare! Simply the best service I have received in a very long time!!!!

Left car there for 21 days. Drop off was simple just drive in and be directed to a space. Pick up right away by shuttle to SFO. Easy also on pick up.
