They were very quick to pick us up on the way to the airport, and on the way home. Both days the weather was terrible! Lots of cold, snowy weather, and we were warm and cozy in a matter of minutes. Thanks to Park n Fly!

Convenient, fast and reasonably priced.

The driver who picked up was great. It was 4 degrees outside, he had all the people (full bus) get on and loaded all of our luggage. He dropped each person off at their car, helped with luggage asked if they needed help removing the snow off their car and waited to make sure each car started. I myself was worried my car wouldn't start and knowing your drivers would not drop and run was great. I've been using your parking lot for as long as I can remember every time I travel.

Easy access, friendly drivers and exit kiosk staff. The free bottle of water upon departure was a nice touch and most appreciated.

We returned from Key West right after a huge snow storm. Got to my car and had no snow brush. The shuttle driver not just loaned me one but also help clear the car with me. Big thanks and a customer for life.

I like the idea pick up and drop off

First time using the service. Everybody that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Only downfall was a large snow storm had hit while we were away and Upon returning there was a considerable amount of snow to navigate to get into the car with her luggage. As you can imagine during our flight to Florida we shed our coats and left them in the car so that we didn't have to pay for extra baggage hauling heavy bulky coats to a state that did not require them to be more. So upon our return We Were in a rush to get those same clothes back on since we were now in a very cold snowy state and navigating through the deep snow around the vehicle cost are pants shoes socks feet to get cold and wet. I guess the only thing that you would be able to do to remedy that is provide covered parking for the majority of the lot. Maybe install solar panels on the roof to help combat the additional cost.

The bus is always waiting when I come out of the airport. the staff is always very friendly. On most recent trip, however, when I went to leave, my reservation was not showing up in the system, although it was there when I arrived. The cashier needed to manually enter my information again, which took quite a bit of time. She was very friendly and patient, but I felt bad for all the cars lined up behind me waiting to leave.

It was so easy to set up and took the worry out of parking. We will ALWAYS use this service in the future. Also, the shuttle drivers were SO friendly! On the shuttle back from DFW, the driver even shared about a recipe for hot water cornbread. Can't wait to try it!!

Timely when picking up and dropping off. Not all drivers are friendly, but the majority of them are. I've been using your services since 2015 and have come across 3 to 4 rude drivers, but overall, great staff and pricing is great!
