Park N Fly was amazing. We were picked up by our car and our luggage was immediately loaded onto the van. We were traveling with a baby trying to get on our flight ahead of a snow storm. We made our flight. When we came back to Chicago Park N Fly was waiting for us. Their employees and service is fantastic. We will always use them when we fly out of a city where they are located.

I have always parked with you, and never had an ounce of problems. My husband and I flew in on the red eye January 15 arriving around 1:15am January 16th we both were exhausted. I do understand there are issues, especially when the weather is so very cold. We sat in your parking lot with 20 other cars waiting to leave, which we sat there for close to an hour in the cold and thank goodness we had a full tank of gas. I guess your gates were not working at the time, which I get but please instruct your employees when this happens they need to just release the gate the employee could have just put the gate up to let cars out to allow people to leave even if they have not paid. You might of lost out on some payment but I am sure most of the clients sitting in their cars had already prepaid their parking as I had done. Travel is stressful enough but just did not need that on top of it all.
We will be back but just wanted to let someone know how frustrating that was and also frustrating for your employee I felt bad for her.

The Customer Service is always great, no matter what time I arrive. An employee is usually at the check in and assists with directing me to next available row. Upon checkout, the employees always offer water for the ride home. I always feel confident that my vehicle is safe. The shuttle service is timely and quick. I’m a customer for life.
