When I arrived, a shuttle truck followed me to my parking spot and immediately rushed me over to the terminal.
Upon return, the shuttle was there quickly to pick me up and return me to the parking lot. The only thing that was a challenge for some reason was accessing my QR code to exit. I never found it in my text. I was at the exit window for 5 minutes and never found it on my phone. The attendant, after researching information from my e mail receipt, was finally able to allow me to exit.

Service is so easy!! There is always an attendant to great me when I pull into the garage. They always help (not rush) me with my luggage to a waiting shuttle. The shuttle drivers are always pleasant and conversational and assist me with luggage at the airport. I travel with the peace of mind knowing my car is completely safe and just like this trip, my car is pulled up front and ready for me to leave. This trip only costed me about one days worth because of the free days rewards which make it so much more attractive than parking elsewhere. This miami team is truly something to rave about, I only wish this was available at FLL, then I wouldn’t have to plan my travel through MIA.

Convenient with nice people. The buses, if not already waiting, are only a minute or two away. Easy to schedule after that just show up and park.

I very rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be picked up at the lot and when I land from vacation the wait is a little longer but not too much longer
