Driver stayed with us until our car started. It was belong freezing and snow. They made sure we were safe and ready to go

When we returned to our vehicle late Saturday, January 13th, it was super cold and windy. Our vehicle wasn't starting. We were able to flag down a shuttle driver who was so kind as to help us get the vehicle started with a battery pack to jump the vehicle.
We were very fortunate that the driver was able to help us and appreciate everything he did to help us. Sorry, we don't remember his name.

The easy booking process thru the mobile app. Easy self-park with marked rows. Really fast and on-time shuttle, for both pick-up and drop-off.

Friendly staff, helpful drivers, secure lot

The service is usually excellent. The gate staff is always friendly and VERY helpful. We usually have a problem with the scan reader, but the gate attendants immediately come out of their station to help us. The bus drivers always help with the luggage and it is especially nice to get a ride in a warm bus in the winter or cool bus in the summer.

I was very surprised when I returned yesterday to pick up my car and the shuttle driver told me to wait in the shuttle while he cleaned the snow off of my car. He said, "yeah, this is what we do".

Shout out to Helena working the booth in Oakland on 1/17/24. She was so sweet and offered me a bottle of water for my trip home. I was grateful since all of the beverage and food stands were closed already. And I had a long drive home.
She also was able to use one of my free park days since I got snowed in and had to stay
An extra day due to flight cancellations.

I wouldn't use any other off-airport site at OAK. They're prompt at both departure and arrival, and I like that you can use their app to call the van for off-hours pickup. The price is competitive, especially compared with parking at the airport itself.

The staff are always very courteous and welcoming. I greatly appreciate how drivers help you carry your luggage on and off the shuttle. Often they remind guests to check for key items like wallets and phones (which saved me from forgetting my driver’s license once). I have been parking with Park ‘N Fly since 2016 and don’t park with anyone else.

Everything went well except for pickup. I had walked to the shuttle pickup area and after waiting a few minutes I took a look at my ticket. It was after midnight and I was in terminal 2 so I followed the instructions on my ticket and called the number provided. The lady I spoke with was very nice and polite, but it was clear she had no knowledge of terminal 2. I was with my wife and two kids and we were told to go back and forth multiple times between baggage claim and shuttle pickup. I was even instructed to go to a specific baggage claim and the cross the street where it is clearly labeled no pedestrians. I don't blame the lady that I spoke with one bit. Can you guys please give the phone operator a brief tour of the pickup area and baggage claim so this doesn't happen again? It took us over a half hour of running around the airport in the middle of the night with kids after we originally showed up to the correct location. Thank you.

Rarely a wait for a bus on either end!

I feel my car is safer than at airport parking. I avoid the confusing entrance and exit from the airport. I get door to door service. You have a sign in the parking lot notifying which rows have open spaces. I can get valet or oil change if I want.
