The location is easy to access and the shuttle service is good. The only issue is with the scanner at the entrance and exit gates. I prepaid for parking prior to arrival but was unable to use the scanner, it was not working correctly
Employees are knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. That means a company is doing it right. Big kudos to Baba for helping us with a concern over luggage damaged by the airline.

Easy, from car to airport then airport to car. I will always use Park 'N Fly.
The Park n fly representative was helpful at entry to the lot. The shuttle was driving through as we parked. We were not ready for that one. The next shuttle came almost immediately. We were impressed with their timeliness. The driver was friendly, making the trip to the airport pleasant. The driver for our return from the airport was just as kind. I would happily use Park n fly again.

Car indoor service
Everything was perfect except pickup. The driver didn’t arrive until 25 mins after I texted for service. What made it worse was it was freezing cold out.
Bus driver help with my bag in very cold weather. Cashier at exit was very nice as well
There is absolutley NO wait time. They are on the spot to pick you up when you arrive at their lot and when you return from your flight!
