thanks to delta we were forced to stay an additional 3 days. I was worried about car not starting or even being towed. Your driver - I think Mike (the guitar player) was on hand at the airport waiting specifically for me. He took me right to my car - it started because of Mike's crossed fingers. This has been the BEST parking experience that I've ever had. I called in and was provided with helpful information to get started. Upon arrival the driver was professional, courteous, helpful, and kind. Since, this was my first time using this parking company I called when I was informed that my flight had been changed. The person who answered the phone was extremely nice and put me at ease from worrying about not getting there by my original scheduled time. When I finally made it to Midway, the bus was waiting and I was taken to my car. The driver helped me with my bags and was prepared to clear the snow off my car. Thank God my car wasn't covered with snow. I will definitely be using this company again, and will recommend it to others.

Parking was easy and transportation to and from airport was excellent.

Leaving was a challenge. The ticket was given to the driver and would be nice to have for easy exit. I tried to find my reservation on the app and it was not easily found. Maybe I was just unfamiliar, but after a long day of travel that is the last thing I wanted to wrestle with. On the flip side, both attendants (coming and going) were very courteous and helpful. The dates were 1/10/24 about 11:00 am CT and around 6:00 pm CT on 1/16/24. Jesse and Cesar were the drivers and they were both great. Cesar even offered to help clear my car of snow. Thanks!
