Everyone is very nice at the Oakland location. The shuttles seem to always be running which keeps the wait time down, which for me is important. I use this location about every other week and I appreciate that some of the drivers recognize me. It is a nice feeling

I like that I am usually able to get your shuttle to and from the airport fairly quickly. I also could not get into my app at check out and the attendant was able to find our reservation with our phone number and help us exit the property.

Easy parking, shuttle picks us up right where we park. Same upon return, we get dropped off at our car

Cheap, fast, and easy. And I love that that pick you up and drop you off at your car rather than having to walk to a shuttle stop and wait there. And also, both times I’ve used it I have arrived early morning like 5am and the people at the gate were super friendly and nice and helpful it was just great. Its refreshing to patronize somewhere where the employees don’t seem miserable.
