On the night of monday to tuesday jan 8th to 9th. We were pleased to have the nicest gentlemen in the shuttle. He was very nice with an older lady and helped her with her frozen car. A true gentlemen!

Reservation was flexible. There were plenty of spaces available. I was greeted by a friendly agent who guided me to open spaces and immediately sent the shuttle so I could get to the airport right away after parking. The driver provided me with a card with my location so I wouldn’t forget. When I returned from my trip it was easy to request a shuttle pickup in the app. The driver who dropped me off was very helpful offering to unload my bags directly into my vehicle. Overall I had an awesome experience with the staff going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from entry to exit. I will be a lifelong customer as long as I live nearby.

One request would be to allow your mobile app to 'save' the location where you parked. We received a little slip of paper / business card from the driver at the start of the trip, however, it was lost somewhere in the airport.

Easy service and I have used them for years

very professional. When I arrive to ParkN'Fly and I just park my car, the shuttle is just behind me to bring me to the airport. My car is safe when I am traveling and when I return it is easy to get the shuttle get my car and check out. Thanks!

I loved the fact that I was picked up and dropped off right at my car and didn’t have to walk. My driver was so courteous and professional each time I was brought to and from my terminal. My car was covered in snow after my trip, and my driver cleaned my windows before I left. I would use Park N Fly again. Thank you!
