The process was quick at both drop off and pick up. The van driver picked us up at our car, and dropped us off there as well--especially important as there was snow and ice on the ground. He helped with the luggage as well.

Drivers are friendly. The whole process works very smoothly when the gate opening/bar code system is working properly. When it is not it is a real disaster. I parked under cover for the first time. That worked well and now I now the correct entrance to enter in when I use the covered parking

Park 'n' Fly makes airport travel extremely easy. Drop off takes 10 seconds, the shuttle will leave in 10 minutes or less, and you'll be at the airport within 15 minutes of drop off. Plus, when you let them know your plane has arrived, your car is warmed up and any snow that accumulated while you were gone is also cleared off. Worth every penny, and I tell anyone who will listen that this is far superior to airport parking.
