The staff is professional and caring. In the 10 years that my husband has been sick, (seven of which I have used agencies) Senior Helpers is the best agency I have experienced thus far. We have been with Senior Helpers for approximately 6 months and they are so much better than the previous agency that we were with.
Prior to coming to Senior Helpers I spoke with Julie and expressed my desire to have a set group of CNAs coming to our home she felt that they were able to do that and I am pleased to say they have accomplished that with the hard work of their great scheduler, Ashlee. Ashlee has a hard job and she does it well, she is super!
The CNAs who they send out like doing their job and like working for Senior Helpers. When people are treated well and are appreciated it shows in their work. One of their employees said that even if he went to a different state he would seek their agency out to work for them; that is how happy he is to work for Senior Helpers.
