Most of your helpers are excellent. They are caring and very helpful. I also find them friendly. They do a good job.
Coverage is very dependable
I like the service because it will pick my sister up wait for her while she’s at her appointment and then it’ll take her back home again. So I don’t have to worry about someone dropping her off and then coming again and picking her up.
Having somebody there to help you when you need it
You always have someone here when scheduled.
I like being able to get out of the facility when somebody shows up to take me out that hasn’t been very successful though for me at the moment
