I have had the same caretaker will be 3 years this coming February……we have a very good rapour…..she is very efficient …..knows how I like things done…..and willing to do what I need done….i don’t like to replace her if she’s not able to come….id rather wait for her to return …she cooks, cleans,does laundry and is a good companion

Keyur is very good at matching caregivers with patients based on needs that extend well beyond the ordinary. He matched one particular caregiver with an ebullient, very casual and very attentive personality with my curmudgeon father who needed some delight along with his basic care needs. The fit was exactly right. My father's generally irritable demeanor was completely disarmed by her style--not exactly disrespectful but definitely direct and always with a smile. He fell head over heels with her charm. I'm sure Keyur was trying to find a caregiver who could tolerate a disagreeable patient, but what he matched was someone with the confidence and self-assuredness to disarm and defuse a volatile personality. And it worked beautifully.
Senior Helpers has impressed me with their commitment to understand their clients needs and provide appropriate services and staff to meet those needs. I have had limited experience to date but I feel supported by an organization which facilitates and accommodates the needs of clients who experience dramatic changes in health and well being. For me this is a partnership which I welcome as I pursue best care for my loved one.

Berta is low key which makes it very easy for me. When she comes in, we have very short chitchat and then she asks what would I like for her to do. I will tell her and she gets right down to business, takes care of it. Berta is very neat in what she does in my home.
