I appreciate the help that I have received since my husband became disabled. He requires a lot of help and all the help I receive gives me a well appreciated break, a little time to myself. My helper is very pleasant to work with and I enjoy her not just as a worker but as a person.

Most caregivers are competent, take pride in their efforts, and are helpful. I wish that scheduling of services could be improved.
It is wonderful to have help with my husband. It gives me peace of mind that the everyday needs are being met. I just could not do it all by myself self.
It also gives me the time to do errands needed for my husband and myself as they arise. I know that my husband will be in good care.
They help with his laundry and personal needs. They are always willing to help him on the wheelchair. And take him outside for get the mail and help with feeding his pet dog. It makes his care easier.
Also my husband enjoys their friendly conversations.

I would tell the individual what l expected to be done and she would do it without asking questions there after. She was always on time which was important to me due to my appointments.
I cannot say the same for the first individual assigned to me as he constantly needed direction from me.
I probably should have not given a high reading but l thought it was unfair with the company's overall performance.
