The senior helper I have is very polite, helpful. She is a very professional and thoughtful in every way she is asset to your company.
Helpers arrived on time. Evening help was the same every day and made suggestions of what she might do assist. A different helper arrived each of the four mornings and varied in experience and skill, but all performed requested tasks and were kind and capable.
Price and consistency of caregivers. The caregivers are also very punctual, making it easy to alert my parent with dementia about their arrival.

They work with us to help find the right match. Some home health aides are not able to meet the needs of my mother and the leadership is aware of this and work with us.

The services are great. Whenver we need an aide, the scheduler works hard at trying to get someone for the day you need help. And when you need to change a date, it's not a problem either.
All the aides we have had have been wonderful.
The last long weekend I needed to go away, Senior helper came thru in finding just the help we needed so my husband didn't need to go to a rehab faclity. He was more confortable in his own bed!

Betty takes very good care of my father. He likes going to the mailbox to get the mail everyday instead of somebody bringing it to him and she makes sure that he gets there safely and back and makes it part of his therapy. She's kind to him. She cooks for him. She's just overall a very nice person.
