I have the same assistant. She knows my routine. She is kind to my animal she encourages me to do my exercise. If i am asleep she starts our routine. She knows life starts with coffee and the first thing she does is bring it to me. I am bedridden and paralyzed. She is pleasant and always has a smile. All of the assistants are professional and do their job.it keeps me in my home.

The patient, caregiver and the aide work as a team. First focus is always the patient and what they need that day.Personal hygiene, fresh bed linens, conversation and companionship depending on their energy level and state of mind. Light housekeeping duties and laundry are a welcome assist to the caregiver. Schedulers communicate changes and consider feedback when assigning staff to our schedule. And management is very thorough In helping to determine the needs, frequency and length of care to be provided. Invoices are itemized and auto debit makes billing / payment seamless.
Excellent communication, they are able to cater to our often changing schedules. Reliable, capable staff. Nothing but a great experience!
