My mother's aide is wonderful. She is always prompt, takes good care of my mom and does a great job helping with not only personal care but also helps keep my mom's living space tidy. The agency acted swiftly when we expressed concerns with the previous aide and and we are thrilled with her. Everyone we've dealt with at the office has been friendly and helpful.
