Responsible and well trained employees
I never have to worry when I leave my person with a senior helper. They are prompt, caring, involved & interested in their care. In addition they are willing to do any other tasks that need taken care of even if I don’t ask.
Hanneloren and Jeroline are caring aides who treat my brother as if he were their family member. Tge office staff in Palmyra is very responsive and resolves issues quickly

Senior Helpers have been a big help to our family. My husband cannot walk. We hope soon he can transfer with a board to his wheelchair again. The office staff is always polite and helpful to me. Beckie, Wayne, & Jenna manage to get a schedule to me that fits. or check on him. Trying to get a care aide scheduled is challenging for them to fill each shift needed. Everyone's concern for my husband's latest falling out of bed was appreciated. Diane has been driving to the nursing home, so that he is cared for properly. Krista has been helping to clean our home while he recooperates from his falling out of bed. Eight broken bones in his left leg. We truly appreciate everyone's help!

I have spent some time with both the workers and my mom, and they treat her with both dignity and respect, listening and drawing her into engagement. They are always cheerful, making them pleasant to be around.

The helper you sent me (Kathy) was wonderful. She presented herself with kindness , a companion and a great caretaker.
